Golden Milk: A Warm Healing Drink for Cold Nights

It’s the end of the day, and I am getting ready to slow down and tuck in for the evening. As I settle in, I am often looking for a warm treat. And while the 10-year-old in me would like that to be a hot chocolate, the sugar and caffeine get me jittery and wired. How about something that is just as creamy and satisfying that comes with a whole slew of health benefits? A friend introduced me to Golden Milk, and I have been hooked ever since.

Golden Milk isn’t really milk at all, but a mixture of tumeric with coconut milk and/or coconut oil.
